Lee - thanks sweetie...i'm sore and bruised but that will all go away and I now have a nice, new water heeater! AND I'm super excited that it's one with the little ignitor switch for the pilot light....I'm terrified of having to light one with a match or lighter...

Hugs, Liz

Hey guys good morning. :D i hope we hear more approvals for the people that remain waiting for the NOA2.

Well, I have a question for everyone, specially Roman.:

When can i start getting all my financials done? the interview is Aug. 6 so like if i start getting the bank statement and get it notarized lets say...this week, will that matter if its lets say...2 weeks old when i present it in the interview or they have to be VERY recent? what you think or what you heard regarding this?

I ask you because i want to get my bank account detail for checking and savings this Saturday and have it notarized as well but i'm wondering if i should do it this week or a week before? It would be great if i could have it all done this week so i can concentrate on other stuff.

Anyone has any info regarding this?

Need... I sent Joanna back to Poland with the I-134, taxes and other financial thingies... dated 7/7/09 and God knows when she will have her interview... I don't know that they have to be only a week old for example... My attorney said that 7/7/09 would be fine for some time. When asked to define "some" he said... many months.

You can go ahead and get it now. It won't watter if its only a few weeks old. Why does it have to be notarised? We don't have to do it for the embassy in Moscow. As long as the records are relatively recent you'll be fine.

cool thank you guys. Now when i go to the bank , what exactly do i have to ask for because when i went there once and asked out of curiosity for a document that states the time of my account and such they gave me this little undetailed piece of paper, so this time i want to go to my local branch (before i went to a branch located around my job not the branch where i opened my account) and ask for the right thing, please advice?

I want to have it notarized because that's how it's being asked to be done for Peru...also highly recommended to do that. I'm aware that banks have a public notary on site so they'll do it for free at my bank.

I supplied copies of my bank statements and brokerage statements for the last 12 months. I just printed them online and included them with my 2008 taxes, W2 and I-134. I also did NOT have them notarized, it was not necessary from Warsaw.

I had to call my corporate office and request an immigration letter. It had all of the information I needed.
