Our file is Ireland, it is with a courier being delivered to the embassy... woo hoo. I actually have butterflies as I write this and I dont know why!!!!

I will give them a ring tomorrow, I don't know if or what information they will give me over the fone but I will try anyway. i was wondering how long it will take them to send out packet 3??? I hope not too long!!!

You may want to check with the regional forums. The people there may be able to help you much better with specific embassy questions. Just a thought.

Oh my god I got a touch today! Does that mean that I may get an approval shortly?! No email yet and the uscis lists 7/15 as the last update but it still lists my petition as received and pending. What does this mean? I think I'm going to have a heart attack!!!!

It's something. I would take it as a good sign.

Yeah... I guess the whole site was down... it was like that for me at 5 am this morning until I got to work... but there were posts during that time... so I don't quite understand.

No approval yet. Just a touch. No status update- still received and pending. But at least that means that they acknowledge that I do have a file there and it isn't lost in some black hole. So long without anything at all! I'll take anything I can get,

GUYS I HAVE ANOTHER QUESTION! do i have the send the I 134 to the embassy or, in my case... i'm going to the interview and i'm bringing all my financials so i can present it during the interview at the consul request? please let me know.... i appreciate it

I hope so.. well.. I hope it finds me. I am selling my house next Friday. I already put a change of address in with the Post Office and also I notified USCIS (as if they will actually do it). So with any luck my paper NOA2 will get to my new address without any problems.. although I've heard some horror stories on here about this same situation.

Hello Everyone!

I'm leaving tomorrow to see my Lampros, finally! I'm bringing him all the documents I collected and was just wondering on opinion of:

Are you guys sending originals of everything? I made copies of NOA1/NOA2 and even my birth certificate ... will this be substantial enough? I'm worried to send any part of original document as I've heard they snatch it up..

Any help will be greatly appreciated

I'm bringing originals and also copies in case they want to stay with something i would tell them to keep the copy and that i need the original, or at least so i could keep a copy of the original if they keep anything...such as my W2

here are the forms that need to be brought into the interview btw....

Do we have to reprint out the 4 copies of the G-325a again as well? I mean as to make a whole separate and new addition to the ones we filled out previously for the two of us?

as far as i've read you were suppose to make copies of the whole packet that you send to...for instance....Vermont service center... or whichever center you sent it to.... just bring the copies of the whole packet.

What i did is... i scanned everything at work and have it as a pdf so i'm free to print it wherever or in case i lose a paper i can reprint a copy. Hope this helped...

I got our approval email at 10 this morning!!!!! Just in time for VJ to be down for several hours hahaha. Also just in time for me to have booked a flight for the hell of it next month Now I'm gonna have to go again just a couple months after haha.

That is great news! I think it is something different. It sounds like it is a statement that you or she is legally able to be married (in the Philippines, the National Statistics Offices issues a "CErtificate of NO MARriage" called a CENOMAR).

Maybe email them for a clarification.
