Oh and I just checked the USCIS website. It was actully updated and said the same thing as my approval e-mail!

Wow Great news today I see... Congrats!

JeremySusan - guess what? I called the NVC today and my case made it to the NVC on Friday too! (even though when I called COB on Friday they said they had NOT received it!). They told me it was "supposed to be mailed to the US Embassy today". We will see what happens - I won't count on it just yet!

Now I have to figure out:

a) if i can track it to Manila

B) what I need to be able to get the interview (I have the case number assigned by NVC)

c) if I need anything else beyond what I have together for the interview...

Only two things to say - first you are a part of the Feb fam! second, after putting up with the wait, I don't want *anyone* waiting... Come on VSC!

The wait for me has been relatively easy since we were able to see each other every couple of months and even if we were approved early the children were still in school and couldn't leave until Summer vacation.... But now that vacation is here... the wait is a bit harder... Most of the time, I don't mind as I know the wait is worth it and all the mushy stuff like that

So for now lets do the 'happy approval dance' and hope those waiting longer get their just reward.

Richard you're a good dude. You are by far one of the most deserving people of a speedy approval. You been there a great many times to help cheer all of us up and help break the monotony. I for one will not be happy until you are approved.
