Macd.... The way I see it the USCIS was working on people that have been waiting a little longer last week..... Like the December filers. Yours is coming and you are almost there... so have a Mojito and try to be patient.

Richard what time is the shindig? or is it chindig? don't know but you understand what i mean. i would be travelling next weekend to tennessee so i can shoot over for some brews or mojoitos which i never had before. i am ready for some southern partying.

all you filers in february just be patient they are working faster then before because i think the end of year is september 30th for the UScis. i wouldn't be surprised to see them put it in overdrive very soon and kick out a lot of petitions. so just sit back crack open a cold one and let the fun begin.

I think as soon as you start to calm down about waiting is when the NOA2 finally comes. Well...I had been checking the mailbox almost 3 times in few days before receiving mine.... I really didn't expect mine though, and it was a very good surprise.

01/23/2009 ----------Leave Athens and my Honey for the processes to begin

02/10/2009 ----------Beginning of Greek Military Obligations for 11 months

03/21/2009 ----------Stationed to Rhodes

07/16/2009-----------Meeting in Spain for 6 days!

08/27/2009-----------Stationed to Nevrokopi

01/10/2010-----------Gets OUT of the Army!

02/16/2010-----------Interview!

02/24/2010-----------Lampros arrives in WA!!!

He didn't just want me long, he wanted me a little longer than forever... :3

gatoula_tou I think that would be fine to fill in for that section of the I-134. Especially if you are having a co-sponsor.

Derek I am with you on not caring what people think, but at the same time I am not going to walk into a hornets nest either. Plus I don't know Paris just doesn't hold any interest for me. Thats why I really like the Paris hotel in Vegas. It's a compromise that we can both live with. She gets to kind of experience Paris minus the French people. Plus their Eifel Tower is half the size of the original. Not too shabby if you ask me. I get to be in Vegas again. WooHoo.

Roman my man. Has going to bed each day gotten just a little bit more difficult as the interview grows closer? I have a feeling my heart is going to start racing once the interview is scheduled for us. By the day before the interview I won't be able to sleep. I hope that isn't the case for you.

Lee you are right (kind of). I am extremely excited, but on the other hand I am trying to finish up most of my work (before I take 2 weeks vacation) when Marina gets here. Plus shopping for our new place is a B*TCH and tiring. So when I get home, I am sooooo tired that I pass out aroud 9 or 10 pm.

P.S. Money spent on furniture so far $7600. NOT CHEAP AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Roman, I feel your pain... I think I spent 12,000 just on the bedroom set... which is one of the reasons for shopping for a tablesaw... I am a very good cabinet/furniture maker... and plan on making the rest myself... We have a rather large and EMPTY home :)

Paris isn't that bad.... Been there a few times and the people really were quite nice... but if it makes you uncomfortable or have no desire.. then why bother... especially when you have Vegas :)

Richard.....thats nice......when ur wife will say...''baby lets buy a table''.......u will say.....''ok lets buy some wood''.......dont forget about all the other things....paint....nails......cuz i have a feeling u spent all ur money on the bedroom...wow

hey guys i need some advice

i have been working in the family business part time since the beginning of this year. at this time i was making below the poverty level...

but in the past month iv started working full time and am now making a little more than the what the minimum poverty level requires for 2009. i plan on working these hours permanently now....so since i dont have any tax returns, will a letter from my employer (which is my dad) and copies of my current pay stubs be sufficient?

thanks

To be honest, I am not totally sure... But logic would dictate that if there is reason you don't have tax returns (e.g. you have been a student) a letter from your employer (regardless if it is family) and pay stubs should be enough. Having said that, personally I would do more investigating and have a cosponsor lines up just in case.

Richard i received your email. i will see what i am officially doing this weekend and then maybe shoot on by.

Deal Rich, I will keep you posted if I have to travel as well. In the meantime grab a cup, coffee is ready.

How many hours are they ahead of us ROman? will we be sleeping when she goes to the interview?

There is a 7 hour difference between New York and Ukraine. As soon as I know the details, I will post them here. My February family have the right to know as well.
