5 bags? Woah! That'll be another 1k dollars right there. I'm fortunate that we both have hardly anything of our own. Each a laptop and clothes. We travel pretty lightly :P. Once he gets over here we're either moving to the west coast or he'll just come straight there. Decisions, decisions...

(and of course I'm the lady so he'll bring a pair of underwear and 1 shirt to move :P)

I told Oksana the same thing. Most of her clothes are going to be worthless in Florida. I told her to pack only the light clothes. We'll nuy new stuff when she gets here. Siberian weather and Florida weather are so different that 90% of her wardrobe is too heavy.

I TOLD MY GIRL TO JUST LEAVE EVERYTHING THAT LOOKS LIKE SHE'LL GET RID OF IT IN A FEW MONTHS AND JUST BRING THE NEWEST STUFF, WE'LL HAVE TO START OVER WITH HER WARDROBE BECAUSE THERE IS ALSO THE ISSUE THAT ONCE YOU PUT CLOTHES INTO THE DRYING MACHINE, THEY SHRINK EASILY, THE MATERIAL IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THAT MUCH HEAT AND IT JUST SHRINKS, SO JUST THE ESSENTIALS WILL BE NECESSARY, ANYWAYS...WOMEN'S CLOTHES ARENT AS EXPENSIVE AS GUY'S CLOTHES LOL LUCKY GIRLS.... LOL

Its ridiculously hot here. Plus it is extremely humid. My ideal siruation would be San Diego, but we have to wait and see on that dream.

Yeah that's for sure. Oksana will be able to use 10 to 15 percent of her clothes in Florida. The rest of it, could be used if you go to Canada or Alaska. Or if you come to New York for a visit.

I told Marina the same thing. I told her "Did you realize that there is weight limit for luggage????"

Yeah her mom lives on Long Island so we will visit there often, but my family lives in S. Florida and we will probably alternate holidays. I am trying to convince her that New York is best in the summer. We'll see how that goes over.

New York is actually best in late spring or early fall. But if you like hot and humid, New York summer can accommodate that.

NOW I GOTTA CONSIDER THE FACT THAT I WILL ASK FOR AN UNPAID WEEK OFF FROM WORK TO ATTEND THE INTERVIEW BUT IM SURE THEY'LL JUST TELL ME TO TAKE MY VACATIONS EARLY IF THATS THE CASE LOL... IF MY INTERVIEW IS THURSDAY THEN I CAN JUST GET AROUND WITH TWO DAYS OFF WORK OR 3 AND THEY MIGHT STILL PAY ME SINCE ITS A PERSONAL MATTER AND MY BOSS IS VERY COMPREHENSIVE ABOUT MY SITUATION. EVERYONE ASKS ME WHEN SHE'LL GET HERE AND WHEN IM GETTING MARRIED ALREADY. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE PACKAGE TO REACH HER...ABOUT 2 WEEKS? I GOT THE HARD COPY OF THE NOA2 LAST THURSDAY (JULY 2) APROVED JUNE 26 I THINK.

I live in Fort Lauderdale, about 3 hours away from Orlando and my best friend is from Lithuania. She speaks Russian and so if your gal needs someone to talk to I'm sure Vilma would be happy to talk to her. And that is great that her mom is also in USA.....
