I had to catch up on three pages of reading. I just had a ridiculously long lunch meeting. I was pushing for us to bring back the three martini lunch, but no dice.

Roman my man I have also pushed for "panty free friday" as well as "whip em out Wednesday" and my personal fave "who gives a sh#t Monday". I was shot down on all three. I just think I am a little ahead of my time.

At my job "panty free friday" went through. But as I am sure you already know, some people should never leave their house without their panties.

has it happened to any of you during this process that you have gotten tempted to do something that might hurt the relationship..for example...going to dinner with an ex..or gotten into a frisky situation, or something like that...

Hey Guys, sorry to butt in here in the middle of your wedding plans at Maire's house but I have a question and i need some advice. I haven't been approved yet (to my knowledge) but I'm hoping it will be any day now. I have a trip planned to Jordan at the beginning of August to see my baby. Here's my plan, and is it crazy? Do I have a chance in H**l? Assuming that our info would have already been forwarded to the embassy and we have gotten our instructions (which I already got from an email from the embassy months ago) I was thinking of getting everything done and ready and just show up at the embassy and talk to someone and beg them to let us go in if someone cancels or if there is extra time....I'll tell them we don't mind sitting all day long and waiting, as long as there is a CHANCE. They have been so kind with my questions via email, and I just feel hopeful. What do you think? Otherwise it's probably going to be October before we have our interview. Also, does anyone have facebook? I enjoy looking at everyone's pics and putting faces with words, but I can't get any of my pictures to fit on here, and I have given up. but if you want to add me as a friend on fb I'm http://www.facebook.com/Nora4Nadeem . no, thats a negative from me. personally, i would feel too guilty. my SO and have been through too much for me to jeopardise what we have.

but that being said, this is a very tough, long process, everybody will deal with it differently, just my take on it

Maire I can say that other than passing thoughts I have been able to keep myself out of trouble. Oksana is suffering just as much as I am. I really haven't been able to remain friends with my exes. I am of the "things end badly or they wouldn't end mindset". I don't think having a meal with an ex is the worst thing in the world as long as thats all it was. Just my .02.

al-Hubb jameel I don't know if waiting at the embassy would do anything at all. If they haven't received anything from NVC it would be an absolute waste of time to go there and wait. They would have no record of your fiance without it. If they have it I really don't know if it would do any good, but stranger things have happened.
