Lee I think u scared everyone away with that story... :hehe:

I'm so frustrated... My Dad likes to say fun things like "I don't think you and Lampros should get married until he has a job and money in the bank"

Like we're both so happy that he's in the Greek Military making... 9 Euros a month, no joke. He spends 200-300 Euros to live, and so he's def. not making money.

Besides, he can't work in the states UNTIL we marry and then file his paperwork for the AOS, including the EAD. I feel like I can't get ahead on all this and all my family does is deter me.

Rant over.... <_<

Banana hammock? I thought those were for male strippers...?

OK...u can marry just by the court and then when you both are working and making money you can do a big wedding...thats what Iam going to do...because I cant pay a whole wedding by myself specially after all Ive already spent on this process..

I think thats what you were asking...

That's a good idea. And yes...this whole process is costing a lot! My Dad and Step Mom said they'd pay for the wedding, but then when I ask if we can stay at their house for a little while when he gets here, it's almost like I kicked their dog! I'd rather just get married legally (court wedding) and then get the heck out of Virginia!

01/23/2009 ----------Leave Athens and my Honey for the processes to begin

02/10/2009 ----------Beginning of Greek Military Obligations for 11 months

03/21/2009 ----------Stationed to Rhodes

He didn't just want me long, he wanted me a little longer than forever... :3

Yep. Getting married by the court and then having a wedding some time down the line is the way to go. Personally I was thinking of getting married in Maire's backyard. Who else is in????

Yeah! We could do one of those weddings that there are more than one couple! (try 10 or 15 of us filers :D ) That way the costs are down because Maire will pay!
