I can't wait until my SO gets his interview... the consulate is closed July 3 for observance of Independence day, and they are closed Sat and Sun, so my petition will arrive there on Monday...how long does it normally take for them to send a packet 3? a week?

You might want to check if they will be open Monday. The Embassy in Prague is closed until Tuesday and are already closed now, half day today! It took ours 3 days to get there.

Liz said that all U.S. Embassies are closed until Tuesday. So they won't get your package until then. How soon packet 3 comes out is hard to say Nana. It really depends on that particular embassy.

Derek I think once the alchohol starts flowing there will be a lot of people talking louder and trying to make people understand them like that. Because saying something in louder will make people understand you better.

I guess our consulate is open Monday, because I checked the website and the holidays they observe are July 3, and they are closed Saturday and Sunday on a regular basis... maybe Monday is another holiday for that country?
