hey guys...got this in the website update:

"On June 26, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service"

Approved and now gotta wait a month for the interview and what not? what i should get ready for at this moment? i'm happy...wow.... relieved as well... :blush:

Congratulations!! On to the NVC!

I would suggest visiting the US Embassy website for where your interview will occur. Generally they will tell you what you need. You will likely need to have police certifications, medical, all your evidence include a full copy of what you submitted with the I-129F, DS-156, DS-156K, and DS-157. Also check out the guides again.

Congrats!!! Funny you got an email and I didn't. Both Feb 18th NOA1s...we must have had different adjudicators.

120 day mark,last touch 3/4/2009

Mine was approved on the 120 mark, but I didn't receive it in the mail until the 129 day mark. Took a while to get out of VT.

120 day mark,last touch 3/4/2009

Mine was approved on the 120 mark, but I didn't receive it in the mail until the 129 day mark. Took a while to get out of VT.

Im on 122 as of today...I give dem 7 more days and I demand it in my mailbox... Though I live right next to VT :)

Congratulations need 4 speed!!!! Pretty soon your jurney will all be over. i am happy for everyone. Dave i am rooting for you next. I felt my prediction would be july 10-20 but i forgot they love to get as many out by the end of the month so i am lowering my prediction and say u will have it within the next two weeks dave.

I am hoping maybe they are wrapping up the H1Bs and getting back to work on other petitions! But they do seem to have an end of month rush...either way, i am hoping for an approval soon...
