09/05/09: POE- New York City

10/23/09: Marriage

02/19/10: Mailed AOS,EAD and AP via FedEx to Chicago Lockbox

02/23/10: FedEx online tracking confirmed delivery of AOS,EAD and AP at Chicago Lockbox

03/02/10: Check cashed

03/05/10: Received NOA1 for I495, AP and EAD (says it was done 3/2/2010)

03/12/10: Received NOA2 Biometrics letter. Appointment date: 03/22/10 (letter notice date: 03/08/10)

03/17/10: Received email/text message stating that CASE SENT TO CSC ON 03/16/10

03/26/10: Received notice AP has been approved and a notification has been mailed to me.

03/31/10: Received notice for EAD production

04/02/10: Received AP

04/05/10: Received EAD card

Maire they have events at the Hard Rock in Hollywood a few times a year. The tickets for there are pretty reasonable. The vegas shows are not reasonable and I am embarassed to say what I paid for my tickets. I have seen a show down there and there isn't a bad seat in the house.

Wow Maire thats sounds very fair for him. :angry:

For which show? In hollywood I think they were $100.00. We were really close though. In vegas the tickets were $500 a piece and they were in the first elevated set of seats so that you could see right in the cage. They really were great seats.

LOL WE PUT UP WITH EACH OTHER'S OBSESSIONS TO BE HONEST WITH YOU BUT IN THE END WE'RE PRETTY HAPPY WHEN WE ARE TOGETHER AND LIVE NORMAL LIVES, IT'S LIKE A COMPLETE PUZZLE BUT WHEN WE'RE AWAY FROM EACH OTHER, IT GETS A LITTLE ANNOYING YET WE UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER ALOT. LMAO... very typical... she goes nuts for this cuban actor from this novela "cuidado con el angel" but when i mention megan fox she...pretty much says what you're saying right now... grrrr.... not fair... LOL

I think the NOA2 exp date just means that he must have interview for visa before then. And like someone else said, if they don't schedule interview before that, they'll do automatic extension. Does this sound right to others? Once you have the visa, the 6 month clock starts.

So, who all have interview dates already? Very exciting! Still back here waiting for NOA2. :(

hey All. Maire you will not have to start the process all over. This date can and does get extended by USCIS as needed. If there was a deadline to enter the US...they would not give us 6 months from the visa issue date to POE (Port of Entry or Point of Entry). You are such a worry wart. LOL
