Yeah I know... I cant get her to go to the police station and get her police report. She keeps saying, "it will just take a day"! I say so go get it done...then translate all your docs and we are done. She can go to the Medical without the paperwork leaving NVC so by the time it does leave all we have to do is schedule the interview and be done.

Derek I spoke too soon. I'm sorry that the luck of the draw happened to you. I'm praying for a fast turnaround out of AP for you. Maybe you should have your fiancee chat to us and we can help alleviate some of her fears.

Good morning everyone. As a slightly stressful week ends i am hopeful that a more productive one for myself is on its way. I am still very happy for all of you who received your approvals earlier this week. Is it just me or does it seem like everyone get their approvals on Saturday or Monday?

Oh my Sebastien makes me want to write a Harlequin romance with him as the leading man. Delicious!!!! *Jawi biting her finger coyly as she shoves Liz out of the way*

My fiancee is hesitant to do anything to move us closer to completion. After the AP thing she doesnt want to get her police report yet or get the translations done. I think she is scared it is her that triggered the AP and we might not get the visa.

Derek give her time to regroup from the shock of AP...then encourage her later by telling her that it will help you guys move faster afterwards. I know you are telling her that now...but she is in a vulnerable spot right now, afraid that she is the albatross or a cross for you to bear. I know you want to feel like no time is idle or wasted...but just give her a couple of days to come around.
