This is going to sound so stupid, but its kind of funny. So I talk to Oksana on webcam and my roommate heard her voice the other day and now he is convinced that she is a spy. He has no reason obviously to think such a stupid thought. However he keeps sending me really funny texts. He wants me to watch all of the James Bond movies again so I won't trust Russians. Its really funny and has been keeping my spirits up even though its so dumb.

this is hi-FREAKING-larious! I was thinking about the Russian lady on Rocky and Bullwinkle when I read it...the one with the long cigarette. LMAO

I stopped being annoyed a long time ago. My roommate has actually been funny about it and it really is just making me laugh. I laugh at stupid things like that though. I mean Airplane is one of my favorite movies if that gives you an idea.

I'm half dutch, but never been there or anything like that. I think the story goes that my Mom was a little dutch baby that was adopted by Americans, named Grandma and Grandpa Carlson, who are Swedish... . Other than that I'm Irish/English variant.

1/2 Dutch + 1/2 English/Irish = family of very tall lanky pale children .

hehe...too true!! Pat is fair..which kinda was a shock to me because I always thought Dutch people were a bit darker complexion. He has the most gorgeous blue eyes though....*sigh*

Thank you all so much. He said that CO was amazed at how organized our folder of evidence was and that she just flipped through it like it was a catalog or something. She asked about his first marriage...why he didn't show up for the interview...he told her that he happened to meet me before the interview and realized that he married a devil in disguise. He felt that he would be selling his soul to come to America if he went through with it, and he just couldn't do it. She asked how did he know our marriage would work and he told her that it was like God made me especially for him, that we are best friends and he can tell me anything...that we don't argue and fight but we laugh all the time.

She asked what I did for a living...where did I work and told him congratulations and welcome to the States.
