i am not printing out chat records. i have seen my woman 8 times and i will see her again in a month and if they don't think i have an ongoing relationship with her then oh well.. lol.. i gave her two recent cell hpone bills. nothing from a long time ago..

I agree about NVC. I'm afraid that too many calls will start coming in and they will have to put something in place to eliminate a daily onslaught of calls. It is unfortunate that USCIS cannot give more accurate information...but the NVC should not be used as the stand in. When people really need to reach NVC...they won't be able to because of people trying to get a USCIS update.

Maire you are a mess girl. I love it. A doesn't want a large wedding because he is gun shy about people watching him...he isn't shy at all...but he is a loner. I don't have to have a lot of people at my wedding either...just people that I know love me and want the best for me and my marriage.

I don't think he'll have a lot of people come to the wedding on his side. My family is huge but I'm only going to plan on having my immediate family come such as my 2 brothers 2 sisters, their families then my Mom, Dad, step parents. I don't even know about inviting my friends so much. I hope his parents are able to come at least, but it's very expensive and all I can do is hope.

As for proof of ongoing relationship-I'll print out the new emails and skype SMS record... I do have to black out ...quite a bit. Then also I'll try and print out my cell phone record because he always calls me.

My family is huge but I'm only going to plan on having my immediate family come such as my 2 brothers 2 sisters, their families then my Mom, Dad, step parents. I don't even know about inviting my friends so much. I hope his parents are able to come at least, but it's very expensive and all I can do is hope.

With skype you can just show the first line of the call. I have lines with dates and time but nothing personal will be available to see. Every month I go through the skype log and print screen the month. Each month is about 4 print screens. I have everything already assembled up to June.

hey guys,

after reading in a thread yesterday that NVC had some applications even though NOA2's had not been sent out, i got very VERY excited thinking ours may be one of them. i rang and wishful thinking, we were told to contact USCIS, they ahd not received our file yet. ah well, now i know there is someone on the other end of the phone in NVC i am going to plague them with calls until i hear those delightful words, "yes ma'am your application is here".

PLEASE DON'T plague them with calls!! From your NOA1 date, you are perhaps weeks ahead of where the USCIS processing is (the latest NOA1 date that has been approved is still 2 weeks ahead of your date). The NVC is a helpful organization helping us out when we call, even though it is NOT their responsibility or something they have *ANY* visibility or control! If they get to many calls from us about what the USCIS is doing, they will just turn this *OFF*.

my bad, advice taken on board. i guess it was one way of finding out some information, not knowing is the killer.

Haha... I saw that movie a long time ago, but then did watch it IN Greece when I was living there with him. It's a whole new movie when you're living with Greeks. He was almost embarrassed at some parts. "Oh no...is my Mom really like that?" Nothing against any of them, his parents are sweethearts.

We have only used skype calling when he is visiting home in Athens. I put a credit on my account and am able to send him SMS messages directly to his mobile, then he sends it through UK back to my skype account. It's a bit confusing and does get the costs up, but I'm glad that we can communicate decently, at least. I have bank bills from skype and I believe they hold the SMS records on the site... I hope.
