Thank you guys

Now just to get this army business out of the way. He's only doing 11 months now instead of 12, which is a big difference in visa journey days. Ooph...I have to organize my Mom's co-sponsor affidavit, she's living in Washington State. It seems that phone calls, planning, and worrying about proper planning are my life for the time being. I wouldn't have it any other way..

01/23/2009 ----------Leave Athens and my Honey for the processes to begin

02/10/2009 ----------Beginning of Greek Military Obligations for 11 months

03/21/2009 ----------Stationed to Rhodes

07/16/2009-----------Meeting in Spain for 6 days!

08/27/2009-----------Stationed to Nevrokopi

01/10/2010-----------Gets OUT of the Army!

02/16/2010-----------Interview!

02/24/2010-----------Lampros arrives in WA!!!

He didn't just want me long, he wanted me a little longer than forever... :3

For the tax documents (other than W2s and 1099s) are you guys sending all the other accompanying docs? Like, worksheets, state tax forms, etc?

Yes, since my taxes are complicated, I am sending ALL schedules and worksheets. I don't think I am sending state taxes, since I don't think they are an issue...

I'm in Fla. no state taxes.

A letter from the bank wouldn't really be necessary but, of course, too much is better than not enough.

Yeah, I guess I wasn't sure about it because that is one of the things specifically listed on the I-134 Instructions that can be used as proof. I'll see how hard it is to get the bank to do it, if they fuss too much then I'll just not do it.

There aren't any state taxes here in Texas either...sorry can't help...

Hugs, Liz

The important thing to remember here is that you are only proving your worth of a specified amount. (125% APL) Anything other than that proof is not really necessary. Tax stuff proves the longevity of your income, paycheck stubs prove your immediate income. A letter from Employer is icing on the cake.

If you are you own employer then a letter is not necessary.
