Yes Liz this is our time together. Quit your job if they don't understand.lol.. we have visa things to discuss..

LOL...If I won the lottery I would in a heartbeat...kinda need the job though until Pat gets here.

I'm here though...your not getting rid of me yet!

Has anyone else tried to track their packet?

I'm trying to call the NVC to see if my case is already at the Greek Embassy. I'm getting so worried now about this. I don't know if my SO will be able to even get the packet, being on a far away island....let alone tell me what I need to send him. We're meeting in Spain in a month, so I can hopefully bring all the documents then, but I just don't know what we need and he can't tell meeee.

01/23/2009 ----------Leave Athens and my Honey for the processes to begin

02/10/2009 ----------Beginning of Greek Military Obligations for 11 months

03/21/2009 ----------Stationed to Rhodes

07/16/2009-----------Meeting in Spain for 6 days!

08/27/2009-----------Stationed to Nevrokopi

01/10/2010-----------Gets OUT of the Army!

02/16/2010-----------Interview!

02/24/2010-----------Lampros arrives in WA!!!

He didn't just want me long, he wanted me a little longer than forever... :3

I think the basics are the same for each country....for the I-134 you would need to show things like paystubs, W2's, a letter from your employer...things like that...I THINK.

Hugs, Liz

I am arguing with my attorney right now over this... they want bank statements, brokerage statements, mortgage info etc... I told them I make well in excess of 125% of the poverty guides and I do not need to supply this info... grrrrrrrrrrrr

Yeah... For the most part everything is the same. If you have the basic stuff as listed in the guides I'm sure you can work out the rest as you learn it. I am getting all my stuff ready now. I just have printing to do. As long as my BH moves with a purpose we should be ready for anything at anytime.

Screw the attorneys. you are correct, as soon as you provide enough info in excess of 125% thats all that you need. I am doing Letter of employment, 3 pay stubs 3 years w2 and 1040 along with I134. Nothing else is needed.

I don't see the Greek embassy listed in the "Embassy Info" section.

Thank you for looking, I really appreciate it and all the help you guys offer. I just called the State Dept and the did mail the NVC mailed the packet out today. I told the lady my situation and she said not to worry. Whenever he gets home to Athens from the island, then he can fill them out. There isn't a time limit on those to get filled out. After getting those papers and documents all filled out, THEN he is put on a list for an interview, at his discretion, and he'll be on stationed on the mainland so it won't be as horrific and hectic to plan. WHEW.

This gets me so excited to think about... All this worry and hard waiting will make me appreciate him even more. Food...pff...water? No thanks...Just need My Lampros.

That's almost exactly what I'm sending. I was thinking of getting a letter from my bank as well, just in case.

gatoula_tou - Glad you were able to get some info from them! Sounds like it'll all work out just great for you!

Hugs, Liz
