WOW - now for sure i have reached my breaking point. I was hoping I got my NOA2 before LIZ since I applied a day earlier - now i am afraid my application is stuck in limbo and i will have to

1- wait 6 mo

2- deal with USCIS

3- contact US Senator

4- kill myself because this whole process sucks and there is no way of knowing whats going to happen next.

Sorry for the rant, congrats to those that received their NOA2s and please, dont rub it in so much

We were approved june 12... I just called NVC and they verified they have our petition!!! APPROVED!!!

Things happen such that NOA2 is NOT received in the same order as NOA1 date. I would (try, as hard as it is to do) to be patient - it could be any day now! In a few weeks, *then* you are behind and I would think about calling your Senator. BUT it won't do much good until you are past 6 months.

Yes this process sucks and USCIS b.s. is the one to blame...but there is nothing you can do...

they were open liz... what number did you use?

Yep...until midnight... I called 1-603-334-0700. Don't bother putting in your USCIS receipt number though...just punch 5 to go to an operator. You'll need both your and Bey's bdays, emails and I think that was it...hehe!
