Thanks Roman! Has NVC received your case yet? Hoping it moves off to the consulates quickly!

And, congrats, Liz...great news!! What a relief!

The documents were already sent to the Embassy in Ukraine. I actually hope that they already received them. The average (on VJ) for Ukraine from NOA2 to interview is about 29 in the last 3 to 4 months. So I am hoping that by the end of June, I will know the date of the interview.

Lucky! Italy is 54 days, and we're coming up on August (when Italy shuts down for vacation).

Hey Liz

Rich- thats terrible to find out about your application having errors. Hopefully whoever handles your file at USCIS looks at them as minor and pushes them through. I would feel horrible for you if it gets held up or an RFE issued for something minor.

Dave- can you post the link to donate to your charity ride. I'll spare you the details, but lets just say I often hate my bank and banking in general.

Hi Lee,

I hear ya, I am not a fan of banks....I have one that I am happy with, but they are an exception!

The link is: http://tinyurl.com/c8agxr

I am looking forward to the ride! I just have to try not to get any tickets - last weekend the police targeted cyclists in Loudon County (including those who were riding in the MS 150 charity event!!)

I'll have to stop at all the signs....which I usually try to do anyway, but I may have to stop and take my foot out of the pedal instead of just slowing to .5 mph and looking both ways...

Good luck with the ride. That was cool that you have already exceeded your goal. Glad to help support you as well.

My fiance (Lampros, haven't mentioned his name yet) ..anyways, Lampros was approved by his commander for the days off in July!!! So now all we have to do is buy the tickets and gooo! I'm so so glad, only a month then I get to see him!

Roman + Vespa, I haven't called the VSC but I will very soon.

Roman, I can't believe it's already sent to the foreign consulate! Good news! That's a bit scary for me though, as we are trying to delay these processes a bit till he is definitely able to come in 6 months for entry.

Richard- I can't believe that poor 11 girl will be deported, it's tragic!

Hi everyone else!!

Actually just called NVC, it was sent yesterday! But, to call Naples to check it's $15 per call from outside the US, and 1.50 Euro/minute for inside! CRAZY!

Yep it's not cheap. But the way I figure, this is the final stages of the process. So I would rather pay and get it over with.
