Depends on the muscles you want to exercise. The farther apart they are the more it will work your back. The closer they are the more it will work your pectorals and triceps. I usually place my hands at shoulder width.

I'm having a big fat spicy beef burrito with sour/guac/salsa/pico/ and the works... its as big as a football!!!!

I hate you. I mean that in the nicest way possible. That sounds delicious.

So it is just my friends being douschbags. Like I said its kind of funny sometimes plus I have been guilty of doing similar things to them as well. What can I say we're just a bunch of guys who never completely grew up.

Isn't that how all men are???

<-------- runs to hide

amen sista!!!

So it is just my friends being douschbags. Like I said its kind of funny sometimes plus I have been guilty of doing similar things to them as well. What can I say we're just a bunch of guys who never completely grew up.

dont feel bad at least they make jokes...ive gotten people who in a serious note told me not to do it...

Yeah that is way worse. I don't think I had anybody tell me not to do it. My family asked me if I was sure and if I knew what I was doing. In an encouraging way and they have been supportive. My friends never joke with me in a mean spirited way. They are happy for me, but we can't say something nice and heartfelt to each other that would just be weird.

That is why I have told certain people about the situation b/c I already know they are going to give me ####### about it. My dad knows everything and he is very supportive about it. My mom on the other hand has no idea what is going on b/c she is one of those that will think he is just with me for the papers. it's sad that people have to think that way. All that matters is that you know that he loves you and you love him.

I don't even entertain peoples comments. My BH and I don't talk to many people about it. This is for us and only us. Our families know and that is all. Our families support us a great deal. Others may say rude things but at the end of the day, who cares!

Thats good.... more mexican for me...
