Just for giggles I called USCIS. The operators or customer service representatives, W/E they are, only answer the phone. The woman I spoke with didn't have a clue about anything. I'm not sure she could even spell her name. I'm sure she doesn't know anything about the process or is involved at all. I will not call them again, it is a complete waste of time. She was tongue tied often.

I think they are just a phone center for USCIS. Minimum wage workers to answer the phone. She said she had no access to personal information. I called because I moved in March and changed my address, I wanted to see if they had the correct address in the system. She couldn't even tell me my address, she only sees what in on the website.
