Good morning everyone. lets see if we are getting any progress this week. i was told by my person who took care of my visa that it would take 30-45 days. well it is 62 days now.lol lets hope and pray!!!

been dating since june 1st 2007

dec-08 -officially engaged,i went back to France to apply for k1

2-11-09:noa1

3-06-09:My angel is visiting me

3-16-09:my angel is going back to the states

6-06-09: received NOA 2 HARDCOPY!!!!! ( notice date:-05-29-09)

03/20/09 - NOA1 (rec'd harcopy 3/26/09)

03/24/09 - Check cleared

03/25/09 - Touched

8/12/09 - Touched (4 hours before NOA2 email)

8/12/09 - NOA2 email received

***Received email at noon (Weds)

***USCIS site did update with the status

***Was 113 on Berkeley list; 156 on VJ list

Chocolate, redbull, coffee...whatever it takes to get VSC moving works for me!! LOL!

Btw...I was reading the January VSC thread and someone there said that there had already been a January approval......anyone else see that??

According to Igor's, there have been 3 Jan approvals and 1 Feb approval. But I think those were expedites for urgent reasons. I do think Jan will start seeing regular approvals this week. December is finally over 50% and the next month seems to start getting approved around that time.

Good morning everyone. Just got back from my trip to Guatemala to visit SO and fam. Now back at work. How lame! And yet at the same time, I'm very grateful to have a paycheck, health insurance, etc. Siiiigh....

06-23-2009: NOA2 date

7-21-2009: NVC mailed out

7-23-2009: Embassy received

7/31/2009: Medical appt.

9-10-2009: Interview Passed!

9-28-2009: Entry to U.S.

10-9-2009: Civil ceremony!

10-30-2009: Mailed AOS, AP, EAD applications

11-6-2009: NOAs for AOS, AP, EAD

11-12-2009: touch for AP

12-1-2009: biometrics

12-2-2009: touches for AOS/EAD (after biometrics)

12-17-2009: case transfered to CSC (touch)

12-28-2009: EAD ordered, arrived 2 weeks later

12-30-2009: AP ordered, arrived 2 weeks later

1-14-2010: Greencard ordered!
