Hmmm....seems someone at VSC woke up....lots of approvals there the last couple of days!!

I'll start getting REALLY excited when they start approving January petitions...LOL!

i wish i could sleep and wake up the day of my interview, o wait no, the day i leave to be with my baby :devil:

been dating since june 1st 2007

dec-08 -officially engaged,i went back to France to apply for k1

2-11-09:noa1

3-06-09:My angel is visiting me

3-16-09:my angel is going back to the states

6-06-09: received NOA 2 HARDCOPY!!!!! ( notice date:-05-29-09)

So today, we moved backwards 3 places on Igor's list! But the estimation dates stayed the same for once.

Grrrrrrrrrr <_<

I can't even look anymore. I have just accepted that I am in the same situation here as when I go to the market. Which ever checkout lane I pull into, it is always the S L O W E S T! sigh

hi to everyone!!

i am new to this site and do not understand some of the things here so please bare with me. What is igor's list? i sent my information to VSC and they received on February 10th 2009. Has anyone been approved yet from February.? When i sent it in on the USCIS website it said that it would be ready by April 15th. then a month after it said by May 12th. then two weeks later it said 6 months. Can anyone tell me how this works?

I couldn't agree with you more. I have been trying not to look, nut I have had so much free time lately that I can't help it. I haven't figured out how to deal with all of this waiting.

It's not 100% accurate because it only consists of VJ members and not everyone who has a petition filed with USCIS but it does give an estimate of where you are in the process compared to others here.

thank you very much for your help!!! How do we know if they are processing a lot of approvals lately? how do we know when we would be up for approval or not? is there another way to track it?

Your welcome Rich! When you bring up Igor's list it will show you the last 15 approvals...that will give you an idea of which month they are working on. As far as knowing when we'll be up for approval, the best way to get an estimate for that is what it shows on your timeline....just remember thought that is only an estimate.

it seems like there working mostly december's batch with some a few october and november i think we might be starting to get approved around june if it stays par with the list

Rich...if you look at the top of the site, click on Immigrations Timelines, then under Statistics click on Processing Status: Igor's List. When the next screen comes up change the Service Center to Vermont and click Submit. Once the list comes up, just look for name and see what your number is.

Biggestchallenge - I agree, Patrick and I have figured we'd have our NOA2 by mid-June with the pace they are going right now.
