Its hard to say why anyone waits so long....they never really tell you...just give you excuses. Another one is Chris and Mara. They filed for the SECOND time this April. Their first one they were finally told was LOST and they were told it would be faster if they refiled and they would be expedited. Yeah right....they haven't even received their NOA1 this time around and at this point no one can even figure out where their file is.
