WOW, got expedited, got approval in only 27 days according to vj timeline, only to get to nvc and get stuck in AP, I love these people.

i see that a lot of ppl filing at CSC are getting approved after just 1-2 months these days...!

Nothing at all here! In fact, our estimated approval date keeps getting pushed further and further back. I went from an estimate of June 21st last week to July 4th today!

The really funny thing.....we keep moving up on Igor's List!! If you look at my signature, you'll see what i mean.

I am just hoping that Igor's list is more accurate than the other projection. We are now all the way into the middle of July. I have to stop looking it is driving me crazy.

Ditto to all the above. We were at one point up to June 29 for the early date on the window of approval. Now, we're July 10. Perhaps everyone in Vermont takes vacations in March and in April there will be a flurry of approvals? It's disheartening to think that people who applied at the same time are ALREADY being approved and that Vermont is only working on November and early December.

atm im currently 366 with 1 month and 1 day after NOA1 and its giving me adj time around late july -early august pfft going to see my fiance in august regardless. do i prepare the i-134 now or when i get NOA2?

For me, the waiting for NOA2s list on VSC only goes to #333. I know yall got your NOA1s before me and I'm at 278!

Hey Haley....I was just looking at Igors List and I see you at #361.....it might be the choices you select like Unapproved and if you choose by NOA1 date.

I've double and triple checked and tried so many different ways of loading it! It still only goes to 333 on "Still waiting for NOA2 from VSC K-1 I-129F within the VSC processing time (2008-09-30):"
