I just sent an email to USCIS webmasters and it went a little something like this:

Hello,

It would be extremely helpful, if USCIS would post weekly stats and updates about which visas (months of filing) they are reviewing. Because looking at processing timeframes is frustrating and it does not help people who are desperately waiting for an answer or approvals. I filed for a K-1 visa in February and as of today there is no real updates about the case. There is thousands and thousands of people that are in the same situation as me. I spoke to a lot of people that have filed for K-1 visas and they are just frustrated and angry as I am, because this visa is not just a piece of paper that people are waiting for. These are people's lives and USCIS has to understand that by delaying the process and/or not updating people in a timely fashion, makes it that much more difficult.

Thank you.

I know that I am most likely waisting my time, but for some strange/dumb reason I felt better after I sent it.

you should be our congress, you represent us very well... i hope they respond back! keep us updatedd

i've noticed some people get their NOA2 sent to their mailbox rather than their lawyer's. How is that possible? My NOA1 came to my lawyer and she made a copy for us.

Are you sure they had a lawyer? A lot of people on here didn't use one.

YES...Get the original. The Lawyer doesn't need to have any of that. You should get all the Originals and keep them in your filing cabinet at home. Lawyer gets only copies of everything, no originals.

Yeah what is the deal with lawyers always keeping the originals?? Even my court documents that outlined child support etc. They got the original with the court seal and gave me a friggin photo copy and then I had to go to the court to get it certified....How does that make any sense?? What do they need it for??
