Good Morning everyone!!! i feel that this will be an excellent week. richard you pointed out an interesting fact and yes they should be almost done with january and februarys should kick in full force. i think they need to put it into high gear to get caught up. according to the website on vj they are on february 3rd. lol.

Do you really think that Magic can beat the Lakers???? Don't get me wrong I am not a Laker fan, nor do I want them to win. But Lakers look pretty much unstoppable at this point.

I am with you on that. I want Magic to win. I just think that Lakers have other players who could score, besides Kobe. They are a better shooting team than the Cavaliers. But we will see what happens.

hehe..thanks Rich! You guys can ALWAYS make me smile! What a great bunch of friends I have!!!

Speaking of friends....hehe...I have a workout question for all my exercising friends. D_n_M told me about the exercise where I find a spot on the wall and do the punches....that REALLY works out the arms good, I feel it in my tricep and shoulders. What I have a question about is what exercise can I do that will help the under arm area...you know the one..the one we woman complain about all the time that gets flabby..LOL! Mine isn't horrible but I'd love for it to be more toned! ;-)

Most of that flab is probably skin. Working tri's will help that, but you have to very diligent. Working out for a short time won't do it, you have to stay with it and work hard. You will see a change, also you can do push ups, from your knees.

Thanks D_n_M...I've been faithful in doing the punches since you told me about them and have noticed some change already. About the push ups...would the standing kind where you do them against a wall work as well? Due to my surgery, I am unable to be on my knee like that.
