Hi everyone....sorry I've not been around this weekend....I had to attend a funeral for my Uncle today

So what have I missed? I'm behind on whatever this is that everyone is talking about.....hehe!

wow that means that mine was the 407th one for that day? Is that for all petitions or just K1?

And if the 3rd and 4th numbers after the EAD is the day then my day is Feb 9 and not Feb 10. Wonder why I thought it was Feb 10? Oh I just read the "case status online" and it says "On February 10, 2009 we received your petition...." What's up with that?

The day is the 3rd, 4th, and 5th...My number is EAC091045xxx, So mine is the VSC case in FY 2009, for the 104th working day of FY, and is the xxx'th case for that day (the 5 is constant, maybe the case type?). I am not sure if it is just for K1s or not - I actually figure it is probably for either the case type (I-129F).

Umm...[0909?] means 09, but the day is the 3 digit day..., so it is 09X where X is something else. If it is 09091, then it is the 91st working day. year 09, day 091.

so you are Vermont, fiscal year 2009, the 93rd day (the 5 is constant). the 93rd working day was/is Feb 10 (just like your NOA1 says).

thanks. i hope they start approving soon. this is ridiculous. i saw a february get approved finally.

Just a footnote - we are at about 66.7% of the Jan applications with NOA2 - so we are only about 7 approvals away from the same percentage as Dec. So we are very close to wrapping those up and moving through Feb. Also we are now at 10% of Feb approved.

I am trying to stay positive (yeah believe it or not).

Still don't think there is any excuse for the poor service (especially the lack of transparency).

I know... i hope this month is really going to be a lucky month for all of us... i read somewhere on the website that most of the hold up is because of the backlog on the name check and background check of the case... and by june 2009 98% will be done, i'm not sure if it's generally stating that for all cases
