A minor oops on my I-130... will it be turned into a problem??

This is probably nothing, but I accidentally transposed two numbers in my wife's postal code on my I-130... should be 2316, but I put 2613... is USCIS going to make this trifle of a mistake into an issue???

no... USCIS does not verify foreign addresses... it might only become an issue when the consulate attempts to have P3 delivered

Just call USCIS or NVC and mention it to them. It shouldn't be an issue though. Tell her to designate you as Agent in the DS-3032 later on when you get to the NVC stage. That way there won't be any possibility of them mailing her visa packet to a wrong address. Also when you mail by post, the postman is usually familiar enough with the area that minor spelling errors aren't a problem.

Since you're not yet approved, call the USCIS service center where your case is at and inform them of the typo. Otherwise you can write a follow-up letter so it can be corrected BEFORE it gets approved. You have plenty of time before your NOA2.
