Sending fax to USEM

hi its me again, searching for answers.. I hope you can help us again. We called the USEM early this wk to change the address of the petitioner aswell as the address where the beneficiary intends to reside, the operator told us to send a letter thru fax instead, but everytime my fiance would do that it wont push thru.. regardless that he uses the fax number they gave him. what are we suppose to do now as our interview date is by next month and we havent updated them yet...

Does anyone had the same experience before? pls give us an advice.. thank you

my husband faxed document to usem too...first he had a hard time doing it... coz he put 001...but its just +632 and then the number..thats it..if you cant faxed it then just call again and tell them it wont get through or scanned it then email to you and you will be the one to fax it to the usem.
