I read on one of the recent posts that if you write your wedding date to be sooner then it is you can get a earlier interview date possibly.

We havent sent packet 3 yet, as we are waiting on his police certificate still. We will most likely get it in the next day or two since the check cleared the bank last week. So he will be sending out packet 3 this week.

I thought that putting a wedding date of march 20th was sufficient enough for a good interview date and my fiance was saying mid-end april would be better.

Any one have any advice? am i or him being realistic??

im not really sure how long it takes between sending the packet 3 and receiving your interview date in packet 4....but if we have any chance of getting a sooner interview date, then im all for it.

Uscis says we were approved 6-30-09 but nothing was updated until 7-2-09 and i didnt receive any email until 7-2-09 from CRIS
