Can someone give me a detailed list of what exactly we have to bring to the interview?

I'm a little confused as to the financial stuff. We sent everything in, so do we need to bring a copy of the application (which i didnt make), or just the originals of the documents? All the documents, or just a few?

For right now I was thinking of bringing our photos, certified copies of our children's birth certificates, and his and my birth certificate and passport, a certified copy of our marriage certificate, some bills and lease with our names on.

What else should we bring?

Do we need to bring my husband's W2's and tax return from 2008? We didn't use those in our application though, and plus his mother is our joint sponsor, do we need her 2008 documents? We filed in November 08, so we had attached 05, 06, and 07. Why is 08 needed, if it's needed? Also, my husband filed as head of household, since i didnt have my SSN yet when he was ready to file.

I just got my EAD but won't be working till May 09, so I have no W2's or anything like that in my name.

Thanks!

ShaSha and I had her AOS interview today and the guy didnt ask for much. He said he had everything he needed from the original paperwork. He just asked for proof of ongoing relationship. He just took a copy of 1 bank statment and a copy of a dental bill we had for ShaSha. I asked if he wanted to see photos and he said he didnt need to. Only question he asked my wife was when we got married and then asked me if I had ever been married before or had kids. We had so much info with us and didnt even need it. Better to have to much than not enough.

Some info for everyone - the guy was training someone on the AOS interview process and told her good info to have is copies of medical insurance bills to show it being used. He said so many people bring insurance cards with names on it but its much better to see the actual bill.

In the check list it says to bring a completed Affidavit of Support (FORM I-864) with all required evidence, including the following, for each of your sponsors (unless already submitted)

So we already sent this information in before for the previous thing we applied for & im not sure if i made copies or not. SO i was wondering if I have to resubmit it??

Also im 23 and my fiance/wife is 23 from russia. We have our interview in march. I still live at home with my parents but we are moving out after our next "real wedding" ( we had a little "legal" wedding but we want the real thing with all our families there) SOO my point is we dont have joint bank accounts or same name on credit cards or morgages. BUT we do have family plan for T-Mobile, she is covered under my health insurance and she has a PA state I.D. with the same address as mine, also her own bank account at my same bank. Will that be enough??? We have plenty of proof of being together for the past 5 years but we're just nervous like everyone else.
