If you are in Chicago, the Philippines Consulate is at 30 Michigan Ave. and there ought to be a place nearby.

i have a question related to this, im from colorado and i do think my nearest consulate is Ca... but we visit chicago at least once a yr and ive been to michigan ave. before. can i just apply or amend my passport there instead of mailing it to san fran? just a weird question hehe
