Geez....they make the Mumbai Consulate look super efficient!

yes at least you guys get an interview a month after your case is completed. in DR is up to 4 months after your case is completed

I called too. They told me to call back next week to find out if it was scheduled for March. I dont think the embassy in Albania is too busy so i am hopeful.

Thanks for starting this thread! I AM SO TIRED of hearing the same scripted response. Those poor souls at the NVC they call operators, they must take a ton of abuse. I wonder if they log how many times you call...that could be why the operators are getting increasingly snippy as I think I've called thirty times now in the eight weeks since our case was completed!

I hope soo..I hope for a March interview..our case was complete Dec 31, 2008..and its been5weeks since then and no response yet..

I think they let you wait 1month or more since the date of the case completion.. they told me it depends on how busy the consulate you will be interviewed..

good luck to all waiting for their interview.. I am exited about this..
