I am new to this forum, so please forive me if I am asking something that I can find elsewhere. I received NOA1 on 9/23/08 and still have no updates after that...not even that my application has been touched. I check the status online almost everyday. Is this normal to not have even been touched? Should I be hearing soon about NOA2? Thanks!

If you fill in your timeline, you will get an estimate of the NOA2 date.

Ours was never touched either. In fact when I checked it last week it still shows pending. The NOA2 just turned up in the mail.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Some time it could take up to 6 months 4 u get NO2.

But it seem like VSC in improving their speed these days.

Medical: March 5-6, 2009

Visa Interview: March 11, 2009

Visa Delivered: March 14, 2009

St. Mary's Katipunan QC: March 16, 2009 got my CFO sticker

Flight: April 14, 2009

Marriage: April 16, 2009

AOS

May 18, 2009 - sent AOS

June 16, 2009 - Biometrics

June 17, 2009 - case transfered to CA

Sept. 23, 2009 - Green card received

It's not unusual. Everyone is a little different. Here's hoping you get your Noa2 soon. I bet you will, they are plowing through September as we speak. Good luck! :)
