Interview rescheduling question

Hi,

I had a I485 interview on Nov 4th , 2008. Since I had a planned trip to India to attend my brother in law's wedding we had to reschedule. The request to reschedule was granted on Oct 15th , 2008 and the letter from the local office (SFO) said that I should expect another interview notice within the next 45-60 days.

Its been 90 days since and I still havent received a follow up interview date. I took a INFOPASS appt and the officer told me that it should takes AT LEAST 3 months before the interview is rescheduled. He asked me to check back with them in a month if I dont get a follow up interview notice.

What is the usual timeframe for getting a I485 interview rescheduled ?

no set time frame... it will depend on how busy the local office is...
