aren't there 5 steps to grieving?

acceptance

I know I could google it but I just don't feel like it right now...does anyone know the 5 steps in order? I think I'm inbetween shock, denial, and anger right now....

Still no phone call from mama. Her appt was at 12:30. I'm hoping that it is just that the doctors office is busy and that she's not got horrible news.

We have to wait another 8 days to see what's up. She has cancer in her leg and a hole in the bone so she MIGHT have bone cancer. They saw a shadow around one of her ovaries so they said that could mean it started as ovarian cancer. They're gonna do a mammogram (sp) and various other tests until they find out the origin.

The first doc told her her lungs were full of lesions but the doc today said there were lesions but they weren't big and there weren't very many of them. She will go back on the 18th for more results. Until then...I guess we just sit and wait.
