I just made the most amazing food for dinner. It was soooooooooooo good. I want more even though I'm sooo full.

What we want to know is what it was and where's the recipe!

I made braised shortribs. Braised them in beef stock and red wine and popped some rosemary in the braising liquid. Then I reduced the braising liquid to make a lovely sauce. Added some butter to it. It was soooo good.

either you're a slow fence builder or you have TONS of fence to build. either way you should be done by now!

it'll start warming up here too :)

either you're a slow fence builder or you have TONS of fence to build. either way you should be done by now!

So all I am now on the train on my way to London. I have said goodbye to Scotland.

I still don't have my visa and passport but I am on my way.
