I spoke with the Agent, who is going to contact the tenants, I'm also considering sending chocolates of bribery to both the Agents and tenants.

Sending the agent and new tenants choccies sounds like a good idea. Certainly go for it.

I still feel meh. Not really sick anymore, but also not healthy.
