My mum would agree, she said in winter you can always add warmth, but in the heat of summer, once you are naked there is no further cooling, your own internal heating system. And you've got two of them.

The good thing about summer here is it rarely gets above 75 degrees. So it won't be that bad. Plus, we have air in our bedroom at home and air here at work. I can wear pretty much anything to work as long as it's reasonable so I should be ok. When I'm at home I'll wear the least amount of clothes as possible. And apparently, my internal heater and the two I'm carrying are on the fritz because I'm still dang cold. :lol:

I am hating being cold. I have not seen any summer weather in over 12 months. No summer for me. I may be from Melbourne but we have four recognisable seasons each year and if you don't like one wait half an hour it'll change.

I now completely understand why the British tried to settle other places in the world. They were trying to get away from the cold.

:lol: We have four seasons but spring and fall don't last very long. They are pretty much the same around here temperature and weather wise. Just in spring the trees and flowers are blooming and in fall they are dying. Then we have winter and summer. Winter usually lasts from November to April. Then the weather starts improving a bit to what we call spring. Then summer comes around June and sticks around till about the middle or end of September. Then we have fall like weather till winter sets in again in November. Our seasons kinda suck actually now that I've typed it all out.

this is the coldless winter since i've been here. hardly snows, hardly unbearable to be outside.
