LOL Not all markets look that fantastic, those are the big chains in the big cities. They do all have TONS of fresh food.

fresh food is important to me. i can't wait until i live in a bigger city again so i have access to all the foods i want. it's getting better here, but i still go out of town at least once a month for international food shopping.

Ummm..yeah...I really like the grocery stores here in São Paulo and I LOVE going to the Feira's each Sunday! I'll have to take some pictures tomorrow and post them.

The food there is so fresh it is unbelievable! And the mangoes are AMAZING!

Ummmm, mangoes. You know, granny's house has several mango trees of different varieties and they're soooo tasty. I remember as a kid when I was there visiting there was also frozen mango pulp since of course there was more mango than granny could eat or make juice with so I'd make mango sorbets and during the hot summers there was mango sorbet all day. Good times.
