i hate sweeping and i don't do that. i use the vacuum cleaner instead.

I have yet to see any houses here in Brazil that have carpet. We have a pretty big rug that takes up a bit of the floor in our living room...but the rest is hard wood. I would much rather vacuum...

We don't even own a vacuum :(

i think it depends on where you live in brazil and if you like carpets or not. where i grew up we had carpets cuz the temperature was cooler. I prefer wooden floor. i think carpets are filthy and i've had allergies when growing up, if i could choose i wouldn't have carpets in my house, no matter how cold it is. that's why God created slippers.

Yeah, I understand your point. I think it also depends on the type of carpet you have. My grandmothers house has really great carpet. It is so short and so tight that it is also like a wooden floor (but you have to vacuum it to make sure it stays clean). Point being, I don't think this type of carpet would cause allergies and it never looks dirty as long as you vacuum every once in a while!

In my future house I want to have carpet in the bedrooms, hardwood (the type that you can clean really really easily) in the kitchen, tile in the bathrooms and either hardwood with a big rug in the living room or carpet....but definitely carpet in the bedrooms!

I'm back! That was the most fun I've had in months :) So happy the man returned, so sad he's going back to where he disappeared to. We've been friends since elementary school. Fun times.

I had wood floor in my bedroom when I lived in Los Angeles. My only complaint is the bed moved around the floor when I had wild sex.

I'm laughing over here too. Seriously one time I woke up the next morning and my bed was literally like in the middle of the room. I was like #######?

Staashi is having her baby before me. what's the date again?

I'm being induced on Monday, if the baby doesn't come before. Yesterday, my cervix was about 80% effaced, which means I'm good to go into labor at anytime.

Yes, he's now at 39 weeks today. So, we're good to go. The baby measured 7 lbs 15 oz this morning - they said he could be born anywhere from about 7.5 to 8.5lbs. Owww my chichnos!!!!
