As someone who had over 7" of their colon removed due to complete blockage, lived with a colostomy for 7 weeks, and then got their plumbing "reconnected"...

When the USCIS folks say CSC is working on a 6 month timeline, do you think they mean the AOS would be completed 6 months after filing or after it was transferred?

:lol: I guess she means not supposed to take a laxative. Nessa, lots of fiber, lots of prunes, no apples or bananas. ;)

laura, I've had that problem since i was little. i know everything there is to know to naturally try to make the ''event'' happen. I do a nutrition count everyday now and i have at least 35g of fiber daily. we're supposed to have between 25 - 35. I drink loads of water. the only other thing that helps is exercise, but i can't do that right now. still, i've always have problems.

My mom and my brother have that issue, sometimes she had a spoonful of tamarine every morning for a week or so, to try and regulate things better.

I never had any problems, up till I moved here. The change in diet and activity level really did me in.

Before I used to be so regulated that during my period, due to hormones etc. I'd actually go 5+ times in a day, as if I actually had had some sort of laxative.
