also, i don't get how people love pizza so much. i eat it every once in awhile. maybe i'm the weirdo

it's his favorite food, but he eats a whole one. that's 1240 calories only there and i usually add more stuff like jalapenos, bacon and more pepperoni. so i bet it's like 1500 cal. so once a week is more than enough, considering that during week days all he eats is unhealthy #######.

he never ever eats fruits unless i cook with it, he'll only eat vegetables if i cook, and i only cook on weekends.

Good morning peepz. The Brenster has a tremendous infection/abscess in his mouth the poor thing. I discovered it while engaged in non-PG13 behavior. He'd better get his cute buttt to the dentist.

Nessa I just saw a recipe that made me think of you...

Broccoli & Stilton Soup

6T garlic infused oil

6 scallions (green onions, spring onions), finely chopped

2.25lb frozen broccoli

2t dried thyme

5c vegetable stock (from concentrate or bouillon cube), hot

1.5c crumbled stilton

freshly ground pepper

1 long red chili pepper, deseeded, finely chopped (optional)

Put the garlic oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the sliced scallions, cooking for a couple of minutes

Add the frozen broccoli and thyme and stir on the heat for a minute or so

Add the already hot vegetable stock and the crumbled stilton and bring to a bubble, then put on the look and cook for 5 minutes

Liquidize in a blender or food processor (blender works best)

Put it back in the pan reheat if it has cooled too much from all the blending, add pepper to taste

Garnish with the chopped chili pepper, if you feel like it.
