Easter is almost always a different day. I think it has something to do with when Lent starts and then a certain number of Sundays after Lent starts is Easter. I pretty much forget all of my Catechism classes.

Easter is determined by Passover (Pesach) and the feast of unleavened bread, and Pesach is determined by the Jewish lunar calendar. Yeshua was born IMO 4BCE since it was the same year as Herod's death which was September 4BCE (because they went to Egypt to escape Herod's decree but returned in time for Mariam to go through her ritual purification at the temple in Jerusalem, 40 days about, so Herod had to be dead)... But since no one really knows how old He was when he died it's basically impossible to figure out the date. He was killed during Pesach either before Shabbat or prior to Pesach (because both are no-work days which begin at Sundown and that would be the reason to hurry and get him all cleaned, wrapped, and burried before sunset) (which may or may not have been on Friday that year). So if you wanted to be technical, you could add whatever age you thought (33-38) plus the 4BCE and then look up what date Shabbat and the other feast Shabbats were on that year. Yeshua likely died on the 14th of Aviv the year He died, because as Messiah, He would be fulfilling that feast, which would require a death at the 14th of Aviv, and the 14th of the month Nisan is March 27th in the year 28CE. So, that gives you one possible date right there (the one I like, and clearly that is all that matters).
