I thought it would be a good idea to make loads of cheesecakes and bring them to all my peeps tonight. I made my sister a chocolate one with caramel, ganache, and candied pecans. I made a key lime one with candied lime zest in it for my bff. I made one with a pretzel crust and tart cherry compote for my aunt because that's her fav. The rest are plain

Now I'm going to make tons of loaves of banana bread because I have loads of bananas in the freezer. I buy them and forget about them and then I toss them in the freezer until I feel like making banana bread.

I'm thinking about experimenting with the banana bread and adding some different stuff to it. I seriously think I have enough bananas to make about 15 loaves. I think I only have dried cherries, apricots, cranberries, mangoes, chocolate, pecans, walnuts, coconut, hazelnuts...hmmmm I wonder if banana/coconut muffins would be good?

One day I'll visit you and Bren. I'll make tons of yummy foods for you. Then I will makes tons more yummy foods for you that freeze well so you'll have more when I'm gone. I could cook all day with a big smile on my face. It's so relaxing for me.

it's monday, i couldn't get out of bed i was so sleepy, my neck hurts, i got a stiff neck again, that's it for now.

At least you only have 3 weeks to go though. Of course, I don't think the being sleep aspect of it is going to go away anytime soon but at least you won't be going to work after Ben gets here. Hope your neck feels better soon!

i really worn myself out this saturday. I came home from work at almost midnight friday night. I was still wired, then i fell asleep after 2am, woke up at 630 am sat, did at least 5 loads of laundry, moved the furniture a few times till i decided where i wanted it, put together the rocking chair, decorated. the only thing i had help was with the wall, my friend came over and i decided the height and position and she did the wall decals.

Then we went to babiesrus and then to dinner with William and his wife. We were home at almost 9pm and then i went to bed and i think i fell asleep after 10.

that sounds a bit like nesting to me!
