these are the reasons he can use FMLA:

for the birth and care of the newborn child of the employee;

for placement with the employee of a son or daughter for adoption or foster care;

to care for an immediate family member (spouse, child, or parent) with a serious health condition; or

to take medical leave when the employee is unable to work because of a serious health condition.

up to 12 weeks a year.

That is his excuse. He claims that he has fibromyalgia; but puh-leaze. My mother in law is 66, she HAS fibromyalgia and she is even more active than I am. Hell, she took her first fencing practice lesson last week. So it is all a big fat fvcking lie. He is a lazy MoFo addicted to prescription meds - end of story.

It disgusts me that he uses the system like that. People with real and severe disabilities have to shove it and show up for sh1tty jobs all the time, and this fvckstain just does whatever he wants.

I worked with a girl who claimed the whole fibromyalgia thing. She was perfectly fine until she had to actually do work and then all of a sudden she'd get this hilarious look on her face and say she was in pain and had to leave. One time I sent her to shuck like 20 cases of corn and apparently she threw her back out shucking the corn so she had to go home :rofl:

I just love all your creative uses for the word **. :lol: :lol:

I'm sorry you have to deal with this #######. I can imagine how frustrating it must be. I know I had to fill out several pages of papers and get them signed by my doctor for my FMLA. It's ridiculous he's getting away with this.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

I must credit Marc for the fvckstain word :lol:

It is frustrating for several reasons indeed. He is creating such a toxic environment in an otherwise really cool department. Only one staff member still buys his victim routine. He is a piece of #######; and if he had 2 grams of integrity he would resign.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
