OK, so here's how it went down. Like a bad 70's movie people.

Matilda comes in again, and boss asks him: "are you done with project?" (boss is Korean).

M: "ashhhhh.... almost"

Boss: "What does that mean Matilda, are you done or not? you were supposed to finish at five"

M: "WHAT?!?! DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND ENGLISH???!?!"

OH.MY.FUVCKING.GOD.

and well, y'all know me.... that kinda gets me pissy. Next in slow motion plz:

I begin to get off my chair with evil intentions of assaulting the motherfvcker, Chairman comes ouit of his office and signals "calm down" to this Messikan. Matilda gets up and storms into boss office. I am left in a state of intense #######, while Matilda keeps screaming to the boss big time; and the Chair keeps saying "Matilda, Matilda, calm down".

At this point I decide to gtfo before I intervene and do something really stupid.

Came in today, boss has aphasia and is terrified. Matilda is MIA until noon. Chair has read the riot act and we are not to engage with Matilda AT ALL. Kinda like an office ignore button. We have a temp girl who seems very nice, and Matilda will be gone all next week so that is kinda cool.

####### folks, this is like a soap opera with ugleeeee people

so i made the cheesecake yesterday. the recipe asked for 15 graham crackers, i started with that but it covered less than half of the baking pan (9''). so i doubled that. and yes, it was a thin layer. the cheesecake of course cracked. I read that we're not supposed to overbeat, but i started doing it manually trying to not overbeat, just beating until it seemed to be smooth, but at the end, after all the ingredients were mixed it still had loads of, what's the word, you know when it's not all smooth but u can see pieces of it? So i decided to use the mixer.

besides the cracking, that doesn't really change the taste or anything, just the appearance is not that great, i believe the cake is good. Haven't had it yet, can't wait to try.

you have to use an electric mixer for cheesecake so you can cream the ingredients together. if not, you have to let the cream cheese sit out for a long long time so it gets soft enough for it to work properly. also if you overbake, bake without a waterbath, or cook at too high of a temp it will crack.

stay in bed then

my butt is asleep and i'm still hungry from yesterday and i smell because i can't wear deodorant and didn't shower last night. i need to get out of here before someone else comes across me and wonders if i'm dying

why cant u wear deodorant?

I have incisions in my armpits. Deodorant stings and makes them very very sore. I'm going to try to buy some all natural ####### or something today.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

Nope. He has used up all his sick time, vacation time and whatnot; so he cooked up this completely bogus FMLA claim that went through so he gets -hang on to your undies people- 40 HOURS A MONTH of FMLA time.

I know, disgusting, eh?

i baked according to the recipe. middle rack, 9'' springform bakind pan, 375º for 1 hour, without opening the oven. turned it off and left in there for 6 hours and then put in the fridge.

next time i might get it right. i dont wanna use the graham next time, i want to do like that other recipe i posted previously.

####### about FMLA?

That is his excuse. He claims that he has fibromyalgia; but puh-leaze. My mother in law is 66, she HAS fibromyalgia and she is even more active than I am. Hell, she took her first fencing practice lesson last week. So it is all a big fat fvcking lie. He is a lazy MoFo addicted to prescription meds - end of story.

It disgusts me that he uses the system like that. People with real and severe disabilities have to shove it and show up for sh1tty jobs all the time, and this fvckstain just does whatever he wants.
