well I don't like desserts that are whipped full of air when in their true form are supposed to be very dense and firm. as for desserts, i'm not one that eats dessert very often. i like creme brulee and that's creamy, i like chocolate mousse if it's made with good chocolate, i only use something like cool whip for one low calorie dessert that i make once every few years. if i'm going to have dessert then i want to go all out. i used to like some of the types of things you say you like until i tried "real" food and now i can never go back. i feel bad for a lot of people who don't get to or want to try to experience really amazing food because i didn't have any idea either until i tried it.

dream whip is really strange to me. my gma used it for something once and i thought it had a really odd aftertaste.

Well, I've had the privilege of having really good food and ####### for food. Sometimes the ####### for food just wins out. I really enjoy eating good food but, like you said Amber, I don't have the time nor do I want to spend the time cooking like that. So most of the time I go for convenience.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

I agree with Booty, my dinner for example, I just had my homemade French onion soup with fresh baguette (gosh I love making bread) and grated Gruyère followed by a mini cream doughnut.

Both good :)

I have time so for me its a no brainer, but the doughnut was bought for its ease, convenience and tasty joy.

One of the best desserts I've ever eaten (have to hunt down the recipe again, it's from a friend's mom) is a banana cake with a guava jam topping, it's to DIE for!

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Is it like banana cream pie?

Banana pudding? It's really not banana pudding at all. The way I make it is by taking a large bowl, adding vanilla wafers, then a layer of bananas, a layer of vanilla pudding, and a layer of cool whip. You keep layering till you fill the bowl. Man it is so good.
