well personally I prefer the no-baked kind..

marilyn you always have to pick the less time consuming, easier, and cheaper version of everything so i'm not surprised by that. it saddens me that you and many others haven't been able to experience/know truly amazing food with incredible flavors and textures.

What saddens me is that a lot of people aren't as nice as someone like Marilyn or sometimes not even that nice to her at all when she doesn't deserve that. Just because you think some kind of food is incredible or amazing doesn't mean everyone will. Like how you hate Indian food while many of us LOVE it and find it incredible. Sorry, I couldn't keep my mouth quiet after reading these posts.

Marilyn is way cool.

Even though I don't like Indian food or any other food I say I don't like, every time I see something different (even Indian food) or prepared a different way I will try it. I'm very open to trying things. My main problem with Indian food is tumeric because it makes me sick to my stomach.

For the record, I wasn't attacking Marilyn at all. From past experience of what she says she likes and doesn't like, I wasn't at all surprised when she said she liked the no bake version.

Me either...and it's pizzing me off...I want a slice of pineapple upside down cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory - drooling.

PS - Marilyn - I don't know what it is, although I love homemade cheesecake, something about that Jell-O No Bake Cheesecake is yummy too - I think it reminds me of the 80s, and how everyone's mom thought it was great that they didn't have to make an elaborate cheesecake from scratch.

The only fruit I like on the top of my cheesecake is cherries.

I like cheesecake so much so my first wedding cake was cheesecake, white chocolate, and it was the BOMB! My aunt made my wedding cake for me. She is a kick@ss cook when it comes to making desserts. I really should get that recipe from her and make one myself.

If I did like cheesecake I would agree. I don't like fruit or anything on top of my funnel cakes either!
