I do that too. It's not like I eat eggs, bacon, grits, and hash browns everyday for breakfast. It's just a good big breakfast to eat when you want more than bread and coffee. That doesn't make us weird because we like to have those things for breakfast from time to time. I think it would be weird to only ever eat bread and coffee for breakfast. Jeez!

i have to confess... i had bacon and eggs a couple times for breakfast since i've been in the States and i also had biscuits with butter.

but usually what i have since i've been here is yogurt, smoothie (milk, fruit, protein powder, flaxseed), cereal occasionally, oatmeal, mashed banana with oats and cinnamon, pbj or banana sandwich.

in brazil i quit having breakfast when i was a teenager. but what i used to have in the past was like laura was either cereal, orange juice, milk with coffee, bread with cheese and ham or peanut butter, sometimes pie or cake if we had those at home, not often.

Before I got pregnant I never ate breakfast. I just had a snack around 9:30 or 10. Now that I'm pregnant I have to eat something so I usually have oatmeal or cereal and a piece of bread. I'll probably continue to eat breakfast until after the babies stop breastfeeding then I'll go back to not having breakfast again. Generally I'm just not hungry when I first get up in the morning.
