now seriously, i won't be giving u sh!t about drinking alcohol during pregnancy, i know doctors say it's ok to have up to a drink a week, but i'm one of those crazy women that just couldn't do it. i cooked a few times with alcohol, but it evaporated, i couldn't just drink it knowing it's not good for the baby. plus, i prefer not to drink at all than taking a sip just to make me want more

oh here's something that drives me crazy. is this an american thing, or what? people call and ask for someone i say this person is not here at the moment they pause forever then they say hmm blah blah, then i say would you like to leave a message, and they say yes, then they pause, endlessly, if i don't say anything they won't say a word, well, spit it out, fukcer, if i offered to take a message give me the fukcing message.

normally they are waiting for you to grab a pen, paper or whatever you need...

You have to tell them ok go ahead, or I'm ready etc etc

i don't drink wine often when not pregnant either, i drink beer more often because i can handle tons of beer without getting drunk and wine gets me easier

thanks u guys. i am amazed i got no stretch marks so far. i have lots of them on my love handles and my boobs, but my belly is being nice to me yay!

Actually, I don't drink because I'm allergic to alcohol - well hard liquor and I don't like beer. But, I'll cook with beer, wine, and hard liquors, too - I make a phenomenal punch-drunk pork. Aside from that, my hubby likes sweet wines and I do, too. My thing is that if he has a sweet wine I just take maybe two teaspoonful sips. He won't let me have anymore than that.

u know sometimes i doubt that. and i get nervous sometimes thinking i wanna do things i can't do anymore, will i be able to adjust to just not doing certain things i could do pre-child?

You'll find a middle ground eventually. You'll be able to do pre-child things as well as different things after. Having a baby you may find yourself with more friends that have kids Ben's age. You'll figure out a way to make it all work. I'm sure it'll be tough adjusting at first, but it'll all work out. You've done such a great job at being a mom with him inside so I'm sure you'll do an awesome job when he's born
